We all know that honey is sweet, sticky, and delicious, but did you know that not all honey is made the same? Australian Jarrah honey is one of the best honey’s that Western Australia has to offer. Harvested in the old growth jarrah forests in the Nannup region 280 kilometres south of Perth, Jarrah honey is not only sweet, but it’s also bold, nutty, malty and rich.

  • High antimicrobial properties 2-3 x higher than Manuka

With a total of TA40+, it has one of the most powerful healing properties found in active honey available on the market. It is anti-bacterial and has a low glycemic index. It also contains a rich amount of antioxidants that help protect the body from free radical damage.

This batch was harvested in January 2020  and has been tested for antioxidant activity. The test is called a FRAP test and is on a scale between 0 – 1000 and scored 708.
